Welcome to the "Living Light News!"
Our goal is to provide you with an integrated approach to physical and energetic wellness. We offer pioneering healing technologies and advanced tools for spiritual growth.
Living Light creates sacred space for individual sessions and group classes that will empower you to live healthier, be happier and grow faster.

A MESSAGE FROM JULIANNE SANTINI

Dear Ones!
This year has been filled with an abundance of sacred travel. I have had the opportunity to be with gurus such as Sai Maa, the Dali Lama, and Ammachi, and I have had the blessing to visit sacred sites such as the pyramids of Teotihuacan, MX. I have played with HIU community, Spirit Fire family and One Community Program soul mates. I have had time to delve deeply into my own spiritual practice and reflect.
During this time, I have found that no matter the lineage or tradition, the language of LOVE is universal. Love is truth and everything comes from Love. As Maa would say, "The universe comes from Love, the universe is sustained by Love, and the universe merges in Love."
My travels have brought me to many sacred spaces of Love, and I realize (as I head off to CO tomorrow to set up Sai Maa's personal session space) that I am passionate about creating these sacred spaces of Love... whether it is for my family, Living Light or communities across the globe.
My Soul seems to be pulling me outwards to other communities to help them grow and build. As this happens, I wonder, "What is to become of Living Light, the beautiful creation and space of Love that was birthed over 6 years ago?"
Effortlessly, as though this were designed long ago, students step into their Light, peers return to their practices, and Living Light is gifted to those ready who are ready to heal and to teach. Are you among them? Do you need a place to grow your practice? Do you need a space to offer classes?
I invite you to join others here at Living Light and step into your heart's desire, and then devote yourself to that passion with unwavering centeredness. The world is waiting for YOU and your beautiful creations! As of October 1st, Kimberly Barrett will step into the role of "Event Coordinator" at Living Light. SOUL TRANSFORMATION with Lorrie Kuhn, MMHC

Lorrie Kuhn is a Master's level Mental Health Counselor and a seminary student that integrates spirituality into counseling for a holistic approach to each unique individual. She specializes in working with young people who have been told they have behavior, addiction, or mental health issues and feel as though they do not fit into life.
Lorrie works with individuals and groups utilizing practices from science, religion, and other spiritual resources to help raise consciousness which transcends the bondage of suffering and difficulties. She offers unconditional love and non-judgmental support with dignity and compassion.
*Soul Transformation Project: Wednesdays starting Nov 2nd through Dec 7th, 4pm-5:30pm, $20/class (sliding scale available with need)
The workshop is for young people in middle school or high school who want to make a positive change in their lives. We desire that participants have at least a small amount of desire for the quality of life to improve. Understand that without a willingness to modify one's attitudes, thought processes, and behavioral patterns there can be no transformation.
Each participant will receive techniques and information on how to:
-Manage your own states of awareness
-Readjust your focus toward a positive outlook
-Regulate your thought processes into positive beliefs
-Reduce anxiety
-Share your lives, your hopes, wishes and fears
-Use compassionate communication
- Realize one's own value and find the ability to love others as well as being loved in return
-Help others who are struggling that have not yet found the solution to their problems
Regardless of what candidates have done in the past, how they perceive themselves, or what they have experienced in life, they will receive unconditional love & non-judgmental support.
Participants only need to bring a desire to change, a willingness to be open-minded, and comfortable clothes to the workshop. Smiles are desired, but not required.

The purpose of this group is to give developing Mediumship students a venue to practice delivering one-on-one messages via a platform. Platform demonstrations consists of getting up before a group of people to deliver messages. This is an opportunity for students to receive feedback, encouragement and direction. This is not a requirement for participants to demonstrate but opportunities will be presented! All levels welcome. Each gathering will consist of an introductory discussion, a group preparation exercise, a development activity, and then time for volunteers to practice platform work. Sept 27th gathering: The focus will be a guided meditation to help us explore middle world. This middle world is the world of our reality which is in this moment and the guides that will meet us who can be anyone in our real world experience from departed family to new acquaintances. What the guides offer is an aspect of themselves that we can bring back that will help us with our real world challenges. The middle world is a manifestation of our thoughts and its patterns: beliefs, attitudes, fears, phobias, inhibitions and complexes. If we really want to change our state of mind on the outside of ourselves we have to do "the work" to first change ourselves on the "inside" by listening, being alert and acting on the energy that is transmitted which has a harmonizing effect on our daily lives. This energy is surrounded by the Love-energy radiating out from ourselves, if we allow ourselves to experience this self-love. We will learn an exercise that will help us develop self love. An exercise that we can use anywhere and anytime we want.
Oct 27th gathering: The focus will be to return to the Grandmother Tree and meet our Higher Self - our noblest self - in the final level, the Upper World. Unlike the middle world which functions in a real world capacity and which acts on instincts and impulses, the Higher Self has an emphasis on principles and ethical values. The Higher Self is the wiser self and has made a plan, since it can see into past, present and future actions. This plan helps us as individuals to develop through our experiences in the middle world, our planet earth, by mastering these experiences, then aligning our human self in harmony with our Higher Self for a nobler purpose. We will journey into to the third world of the Cosmic Tree and visit with our Higher Self learning the special messages that will help us create harmony and joy in our lives in a partnership with our inner Higher Self - the true meaning of our soul's purpose on earth.
Nov gathering: Cancelled in celebration of Thanksgiving.
Dec 22nd gathering : This night of the Winter Solstice, we will have a guided meditation from which on our return we will make our individual Talking Sticks. These can be given as gifts for Christmas, or they can be used within our families to help with communication. Whomever holds the Talking Stick has the right to express their thoughts and feelings without interruption when sitting in a group. Everyone will be asked to bring a strong stick about a foot to a foot and a half long. If you have some interesting items you wish to hang on the stick, bring that too i.e. feathers, stones with holes in them, beads, dried pods, ribbon. Pieces of leather will be provided to tie items onto the stick. Everyone is also asked to bring a finger food so that we can celebrate the Winter Solstice together as we make our Talking Sticks.

Red Tent Temple Gathering

Beth Crawford is a well-respected local Reiki Master Teacher-dedicated to the goal of bringing Reiki into the "mainstream."
