Workshop Overview: I created a composition (which partly came in a dream state) that is a great tool for working with Timelines (past, present & future) as well as supporting the release of unwanted vibrations to promote an expansion of consciousness. Part of the workshop thrust is to use tools to break the barriers of limitation and institute a motion to change. Some of the techniques used are 100's of visual graphics/slides (82 inch wide screen), Brain Wave Entrainment (background tones), a super-clear sound system, and a very pleasant environment. Some key points in the workshop are: * Templates-(Bruce Created term & technique) * Vortex as used within the meditation(s) * Spiral and inter-dependencies - as used in nature and meditation visualization * Introduction & Participation with the 7 stage Alchemical Process in conjunction with Vortex motion * Time & Timelines as well as how we perceive it. * About a third of workshop time is allocated to participating with unique NEW meditations. Note: Topics may slightly change at facilitators' discretion. The seven stage alchemical process is used to accelerate and alter your vibrational patterns (your essence). The Timelines and Consciousness (Guided Meditation) has a theme of taking a journey. Not in the mapped linear sense of starting at a location, going to a planned destination, and returning - but allows for an exploration of ones' inner self. This meditation consists of the following sections: Preparation & Suggestions -Allows participant to tune into themselves and cycles. Clearing the Past - Release unwanted vibrations & thoughts.
