*Vibrational Cooking Workshop* July 25th 7 – 8:30 Fee: $15.00 Join Marilynn Carter, Wholistic Health Practitioner and Author of No Fret Cooking and her husband Steve Carter, Musician who wrote, arranged, and performed the two CD's to cook and dine by that accompany the book, for an experiential evening of food and music. We will explore the relation of our emotions, our actions, our senses, and our environment as we prepare and enjoy our food. I'll bring a few samples from the book for everyone to try, each attendee will receive a playful gift, and for your enjoyment, live music will be played throughout the evening. My cookbook, No Fret Cooking recently won Honorable Mention at the New England Book Festival in Boston. The book has over 200 healthy recipes with something for everyone. In addition to the recipes, there are mini informational chapters on organic, the seasons, flours, alternative ingredients, and more. As many people have sensitivities, I included many gluten-free recipes in the book and will talk a little about the use of cooking with alternatives. Copies of the cookbook and the 2 CD's that come with the book, will be available for purchase at $29.95.
