~ Meditation for Peace
Meditation on a regular basis can bring out internal peace and help you to move forward in life with confidence and compassion. This monthly meditation will bring together several different techniques that will help you to explore a new way to find inner peace. There will also be peaceful meditation time dedicated to humanity.

~ Spiritual Discussion Group
Have you ever wanted a safe place to share and discuss the spiritual happenings in your life? This informal monthly gathering will allow you to share and discuss your own journey in a light-hearted manner with like-minded people. Discussion will focus on one book, a chapter at a time, which will encourage conversation and create a safe and inviting environment to open the doors to your spiritual journey. The first book to be reviewed is Lorraine Roe's book, The Psychic Housewives' Handbook-How to Keep your Feet on the Ground and Your Head in the Stars. To prepare, please read the first chapter, complete the exercises, and bring any questions with you. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Come experience the healing art of Reiki. This hands-on practice is used to reduce stress, assist in relaxation, and facilitate overall health. This complimentary practice is found to be effective in relieving side effects and promoting recovery. Come to the Reiki Clinic and receive a 30-minute blissful Reiki session. The Practitioner Share is also available for students and certified practitioners to hone skills and enjoy a treatment.

This is a monthly group that is open to those experienced in meditation and/or shamanic journeying. Learn how to journey using your light vehicle and recognize yourself as an "Angel on Assignment." You will work with a community to anchor advanced healing frequencies of light for personal growth as well as healing for the planet. Also, each month experience and practice a series of meditation processes focusing on the keys and codes of consciousness to strengthen your energy body and your soul connection.

*Psychic Development Series: Every Mon. for 4-weeks, starting 10/19, 7-9pm, $20ea
(These classes can be taken individually but are most beneficial when taken together.)
This series will focus on several techniques to help you discover your psychic and intuitive gifts. We will explore several aspects of intuitive development through many different exercises as well as tools for psychic development. Some techniques will include but are not limited to: Aura, Psychometry, Empathy and Trust techniques. Everyone has the ability to develop intuition and psychic awareness, yet everyone's gift is different. This series will help you find the tools and techniques that best explore and advance your confidence in Your gift!

* LIL SPIRITS & IET with Kathy Randlett
Kathy is an IET Master, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner. She is an avid student of spirituality and energy healing. She believes that children posses the natural ability to heal and have a strong connection to spirit. In this light, Kathy would love to share and help them re-member what they already know! Living Light celebrates Kathy's affinity for both angels and children!
*Little Spirits: Saturday, 10/24, 10am-noon, $20
This class welcomes both boys and girls ages 6-8. This introductory gathering will focus on what energy is and how it relates to all of us. We'll practice creating energy, feeling it within our bodies, and seeing how it relates to the world around us. Parents are welcome to participate. (Class fee covers both child and parent).
*IET for KIDS
Introduced in Oct. 2003, this program was created in response to ongoing requests from parents who have taken Integrated Energy Therapy training classes and wanted their children to share in the wonderful experience. Our IET for Kids class is being offered for children 8-13 years old. It provides children with the gift of knowledge in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Students are introduced to energy while making and experimenting with pendulums. They are taught how to access the energy of angels through a simple yet powerful process that we call a "heartlink." Using cartoon images and simple concepts, children are introduced to cellular memory and learn how to focus the angelic energy to wash their energy fields clean.
~Fridays, Nov. 7 & Nov. 13 from 6-8pm, $45 (Attend both nights to receive certificate.)

*Integrated Energy Therapy (Basic, Intermediate & Advanced)
In the tradition of Caroline Myss's "Energy Anatomy," IET is one of the next generation's hands-on energy therapies that get the "issues out of your tissues." IET is an angelic therapy based on a unique Cellular Memory Map developed by Steven Thayer in which nine primary areas of energy anatomy are targeted. * BREATH & MOVEMENT with Lisa Jones
Lisa Jones has taught breath awareness classes since 1998. She received her first Breath Facilitator Certification from the Transformational Breathwork Foundation and then went on to graduate from the Power of Breath Institute, meeting requirements for certification by the International Breathworker's Training Alliance. Lisa is the owner of Nia NH and Yoga in Amherst, NH. Living Light is pleased to welcome her as a guest teacher!

Please join us at Living Light where we will be introducing our NEW teen yoga and meditation classes in an effort to help gently promote fitness, balance of both body and emotions, a sense of well-being and fun, and a positive outlook! Classes begin with breath work and preparation, continue with gentle postures, and end with guided meditation to encourage relaxation.

Welcome in the New Year with this special meditation class! It is designed to invoke relaxation, reduce stress and provide a quiet place to journey inward after the busy holiday season. Gift yourself with an hour to replenish and renew! Two meditations will be offered in this one hour class. Comfortable clothing is suggested and favorite blankets, pillows, eye bags are encouraged as well!

* REIKI with Beth Crawford
Beth Crawford is a well-respected local Reiki Master Teacher--dedicated to the goal of bringing Reiki into the "mainstream." Beth is a proud insured member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, an ordained interfaith minister with the Universal Life Church, a NH Notary Public, and a student of Self Realization and Paramahansa Yogananda. She received her Usui/Tibetan Master Teaching Instruction from William Lee Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training, and is also a Usui and Shambhala Reiki Master. * MUNAY-KI RITES with Meetujeet Upal
The Munay-Ki Rites will be transmitted and taught by Meetujeet Upal. This facilitator is being hosted by Beth Crawford and Southern NH Reiki Center. These rites have originally been brought to us by Albert Villoldo, Ph.D., a medical anthropologist and psychologist who has studied and practiced shamanism in the Andes and Amazon for more than two decades. He was initiated by the last of the Incan shaman masters.
The Munay-Ki are the nine great rites of initiation of the medicine way. The Munay-Ki comes from a Quechua word that means 'I love you.' The Munay-Ki are the nine gates that heal us and transform our human energy field to that of homo luminous. The Munay-Ki have only been delivered in the form of energetic transmissions. These nine initiations have only been available until recently to the high wisdom keepers of the Americas. The Munay-Ki will clear your luminous energy field of the psychic sludge left by past traumas. As you receive the Munay-Ki, your chakras will become clear and you'll acquire what the Laika know as the rainbow body.

Julianne Santini is a graduate of the Foundation of Shamanic Studies 3-Year Advanced Healing Program and Sandra Ingerman's 2-Year Shamanic Teacher Training. She is a member of the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and a founding member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners. Come learn about one of her passions!
*Shamanism, Dying and Beyond: (Sat/Sun) Feb. 13 -14, 2010, 9am-5pm, $165
Participants learn how to deal with the issue of dying and the destiny of souls from a shamanic perspective. The workshop is both for those who wish to learn for themselves and for those who wish to help others who are in terminal situations or who have already passed on. Exercises will focus on how to become experientially familiar with the after-death realms, tracking a person using shamanic journeying, completing unfinished business, helping a person to cross-over, and classic pyschopomp work.

* MASSAGE AND BODYWORK with Jen Camann, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jen Camann is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and a graduate of Dovestar Institute of Holistic Technology. She has additional training from John F. Barnes, P.T. for Myofascial Release and training from the Bancroft School in Massachusetts from Howard Rontal, a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner specializing in Myofascial Release. In addition, Jen has a passion for the healing arts. She is a Master Instructor for IET, Usui Reiki, Shamballa and Karuna. Her goal is to assist and be partners with clients on their spiritual journey through compassion, love and guidance.
