In the Oriental approach to health care, the various attitudes (worry, fear, anger, grief) are considered the cause of dysfunction or ill health. Our attitudes and beliefs about ourselves show up in every aspect of our lives. With Sacred Sound/Crystal Singing Bowl, Guided Meditation and other techniques, we will work to reduce the impact of these limiting attitudes and beliefs. Eastern Spirituality recognizes the Karmic context of our lives. Karma is causal. We will call upon the Shiva aspect of consciousness to help remove the limiting karma affecting our lives. After removing the Karmic tendencies and having thus prepared ourselves to constructively utilize the life force, with Kevin's guidance and direction we will work directly with the five elements that are at the core of our manifest physical body. *Mediumship Student Development and Demonstration Group* First and Third Mondays of the Month 6:30-9pm $15 Mediumship student development and demonstration groups are held the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at Living Light, LLC. The purpose of this group is to give developing Mediumship students a venue to practice delivering one-on-one messages and messages via platform. Platform demonstration consists of getting up before a group of people to deliver messages. This is an opportunity for students to receive feedback, encouragement and direction. It is not a requirement for part icipants to demonstrate but opportunities will be presented. All levels of experience welcome! Danielle will lead an introductory discussion, perform a group preparation exercise and lead the evening's development activity.
